Do not merge the item counts
Eight items is Crystal. Three rewards is Halloween. Twenty tickets is a creator and wiki claim about Hollow, not a badge field. Forty-eight is the pencil name count, not a chest count. Mixing those numbers is how the wrong guide spreads.
What I checked
Event records combine official badge timestamps, the Hollow hub description, Fandom collectible lists and historical video metadata. A badge creation date is not an event launch date. October 31 is mentioned in the hub copy, but is not a guarantee that every connected reward remains claimable until then.
