The Hollow is Roblox’s 2026 Halloween hub. Its own description says it opens October 22 at 2pm PT and starts at 3pm PT, and that October 31 is still a day people are trying to leave. Moo Moo Mystery’s Halloween badge says claim 3 or more event rewards. That is not the same rule as collecting 8 crystal items.

What the hub text actually says

The hub description says to complete event quests in the hub and in participating experiences to earn avatar items. It does not publish the list of participating games, and it does not give a clock time on October 31. No 23:59 cutoff is inferred.

Conor3D’s hub video from 2026-10-25 is titled around 26 ticket badges and 1020+ tickets. That is the creator’s description of the hub reward system; the Moo Moo Mystery badge text itself specifies no ticket amount.

The 8-item mix-up

Crystal Event Player’s official line is “Collect 8 or more crystal event items.” Halloween Event Player’s line is “Claim 3 or more Halloween event REWARDS.” The word rewards is capitalized in the badge text. Eight is the Crystal badge threshold. A community Halloween guide also uses an eight-item tracker, so that tracker cannot be assumed to be the official Halloween badge condition.
